STAGES COMPLETED: Planning, Visuals
We are awaiting planning consent on this 14 unit new build scheme, with basement parking, in South East London. The existing frontage to Portland Road had to be retained in terms of design in order to satisfy the Council, however a more modern rear was encouraged. We worked to link to the two styles, whilst maximising the amount of units possible for the site. Once planning has been achieved we will move onto the tender and construction phases.
