The brief was to extend the existing basement in this property to allow for an additional bedroom and extend the living/ entertaining space for a private client and their family.

The basement level will be accessed by a new stair located where the old playroom was situated. This leads into the basement level which comprises a guest bedroom with kitchenette and ensuite. These areas are lit by light wells to the front and side. A gym and wine cellar with games room and lounge create a large entertaining space which opens onto the sunken winter garden. 

Planning has been granted and we are about to enter the tender stage for this project.
